Access & Preparation

 

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to all installation areas prior to our arrival.

 

Any blinds, curtains, furniture, ornaments, or fragile items near the working area should be removed or adequately protected before installation.​

 

Installation Environment

 

Window film is professionally installed in real-world residential and commercial environments rather than dust-free factory conditions.

 

While every precaution is taken to achieve the highest possible finish, minor imperfections such as tiny dust particles, small specks, or existing scratches within the glass may occasionally be visible under certain lighting conditions or when viewed closely.

These characteristics are considered normal within industry standards and do not affect the film’s performance, durability, or longevity.

We recommend viewing your windows as they are intended to be seen by looking through the glass rather than closely inspecting the surface.

Existing Glass & Surface Conditions

 

Window film is applied to existing glass and glazing systems whose condition may vary. We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, damaged seals, weakened glass, glass failure, or any glazing-related issues outside of our control.

 

Customers are responsible for informing us of any known defects or specialist glazing prior to installation.

 

While every care is taken during installation, we cannot be held responsible for glass breakage or seal failure caused by pre-existing weaknesses or defects within the glazing system.

 

Light Gaps & Film Edges

 

A small edge gap around the perimeter of the film is intentional and forms part of a professional installation. This allows trapped moisture to escape during curing and helps ensure proper long-term adhesion and performance.

 

Warranty Information

 

Your 10-year warranty covers peeling and fading caused by manufacturing or installation defects, provided the film has been properly maintained and all aftercare instructions have been followed.

 

With proper care, your window film will continue to provide long-lasting heat reduction, UV protection, glare reduction, enhanced privacy, and improved comfort for years to come.

 

Minor dust particles or slight imperfections that do not affect the overall performance of the film are considered normal within industry standards and are not covered under warranty.

 

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, or glazing-related issues outside of our control.
